This powerful and innovative App for iPhone and iPad is for Meeting and Event Planners using EventInterface.com to plan and manage their meetings and events.

PLANNERS CAN:
• Use the App to check-in people manually or by scanning confirmations and tickets using the Check-in function.
• Text all attendees using a US-based mobile phone number with event updates and important information pre- and during the event or meeting.
• Chat one-on-one with attendees using the Apps chat feature.
• View documents, presentations and videos shared by the planner with attendees, as well as project files (What Planner See or What Attendees See). Upload event video directly from the App to be viewed by attendees online and via the App.
• See and share event photographs. Pictures are available via the App and online.
• Scan QR-Coded nametags to collect fellow attendee contact details using the iPhone. There is no longer a need to collect tons of business cards at the event, and add them post-event to your database.
• The Blog Tab offers a growing library of complimentary planning resources, news and access to Event TALK, our bi-weekly podcast show by planners for planners.

ATTENDEES CAN:
• View registration details and present QR-coded confirmations for event check-in.
• View and share event photographs with fellow attendees. Pictures are available via the App and online.
